I loved living at Carlyle Court. I recently moved out because of a job transfer but overall I was happy with the leasing staff and maintenance. My apartment was fairly updated and everything worked well while I was living there. It's a great value for the area.

I've been a long term resident at Carlyle Court(15+ years). It has been and continues to a great community to live in. Very quiet and safe location, very responsive office staff as well as maintenance staff. There are many shopping areas close by and access to the interstate and Monon Trail is just down the road. Property is well maintained. I have and will continue to recommend to others when looking to move.

I have lived at Carlyle for about a year now. It is very quiet and I never see or hear my neighbors. You can pay your rent and put in service requests online which is so easy and I do not have to mess with going into the office. I enjoy the scenary at Carlyle and the landscaping is kept looking good. I will probably be renewing based on the great location alone. Nora is two minutes away, and eveything is so close.

I love living at Carlyle Court. I am in one of their phase II apartments and they are absolutely great! I have a full-size washer and dryer included at no extra charge and a huge walk-out patio. Overall I have been very happy with the community and its location.

They have very spacious 2 bedrooms, very affordable, and the location is close to my job, and so many great shopping centers. It truly is a wonderful place to choose to live, if you're looking to live on the North side of Indianapolis, but don't want to pay the typical Carmel, IN rent rates.

The staff here is very friendly and very helpful with any issues that I may have with my apartment. Maintenance is very good with responding to maintenance issues as well. Great place to live!! Everyone should live here!!
