Leasing Consultant
At the top of the list of job duties for this position is the marketing of the apartment community to prospective residents and the retention of existing residents. It helps immensely if you are considered a “people person” as the ability to communicate openly and easily with individuals will help you excel. Pair your sales ability with genuine customer service attention and prior apartment leasing or sales experience and this job is a perfect match for you! Basic computer knowledge is required as well as the flexibility to work weekends as weekend work is a function of this job. Come to one of our communities and see for yourself how much fun leasing is. Hourly pay plus commissions and a benefit package round out the reasons why this is such a competitive position. Maintenance Technician
A maintenance technician with our company should expect a rewarding and busy work atmosphere that enables them to apply their knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair on a daily basis. HVAC certified applicants are preferred but we will consider all those applying as future certification is a requirement of all our technicians. Those with apartment maintenance experience will have an edge as we evaluate our candidates. Bring your own tools and we’ll supply your uniforms! Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must. Hours for our techs are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with alternating on-call hours.
